3 days horseback riding to Son Kol
Day 1. Kochkor — Kyzart
This day we pick up from Kochkor to Kyzart. 2-3 hours. Overnight in a guest house. To Kochkor you can come from Bishkek by public mini bus or you can contact us about private taxi from Bishkek.
Day 2. Kyzart — Son Kol
After early breakfast you will meet your horseman and have short instruction about horse riding. On the way we see Kilemche ranges The name means “like a carpet,” and this swathe of grass covers whole mountain ranges, with shadings as subtle as any shyrdak (shyrdak is a Kyrgyz felt carpet). Picnic. After picnic, we go up Tuz Ashuu pass 3400m above sea level, down to the lake. Dinner overnight in yurt shore of the lake.
Day 3. Son Kol — Kochkor
In the morning Horseback riding by the lake. On the pass you can see beautiful panoramic view of the lake and Kyzart ranges. Arrival in Kyzart village you can lunch after lunch transfer to Kochkor. End of the tour.
